At JudaicaHeart, we proudly stand behind the quality of our handcrafted Judaica, silverware, and gold jewelry. We want every customer to feel secure and confident in their purchase. That’s why we offer a 3-month warranty on all our items.

What Our Warranty Covers

Our warranty covers issues that are our responsibility, including:

  • Defective products

  • Wrong item shipped

  • Damage caused during shipping

In such cases, we will gladly cover the cost of repair, replacement, or offer a refund, depending on your preference.

What’s Not Covered

Our warranty does not apply to damage caused by:

  • Accidents or misuse

  • Wear and tear from normal use

If your item arrives damaged due to shipping, you must notify us on the same day of delivery with clear photos of the damage. Delayed claims may not be eligible for warranty service.

How to Use Your Warranty

If something went wrong, we’re here for you. Just follow these steps:

  1. Contact us at Judaicaheart1@gmail.com with a description of the issue and photos of the product.

  2. Choose one of the following resolution options:

    • Replacement – Receive a new product at no cost

    • Store Credit – Use toward any future order

    • Refund – Full product refund, if applicable
