Whether you’re returning a product or requesting a refund, we’re here to support you with care and transparency.

Eligibility for Returns

We gladly accept returns within 30 days of delivery, provided the item meets the following conditions:

  • It is unused and in original condition

  • It includes all original packaging and accessories

  • It is not a custom-made or personalized product (unless damaged or defective)

Custom items are crafted uniquely for you, and therefore cannot be returned unless they arrive with a manufacturing fault.

Refund and Exchange Options

Depending on your preference and the situation, we offer:

  • A full refund (excluding original shipping costs unless the product was damaged)

  • A store credit to use for future purchases

  • An exchange for another available item from our shop

Shipping Costs and Responsibility

If you’re returning an item due to a change of mind, please note:

  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable

  • Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility

However, if the product arrived damaged or defective, JudaicaHeart will cover the return or exchange shipping. In such cases, we may coordinate directly with our courier partner FedEx to resolve the issue.

How to Start a Return or Exchange

To initiate your return, please contact us at Judaicaheart1@gmail.com and include:

  • Your full name and order number

  • A short explanation of the reason for your return

  • Photos of the product, if damaged

We will guide you through the steps and provide return instructions.

Important Notes – Please Read

  • All items must be returned in new condition

  • Refunds or replacements are processed only after the item is received and inspected

  • Custom orders are non-refundable, unless proven defective
