What’s Covered

  • Our warranty covers any damage caused by us, such as defective items, wrong products shipped, or damages during shipping ,we’ll cover the cost of replacement or repair.

What’s Not Covered

  • Customer caused damage (e.g., accidental breakage, misuse) is not covered under warranty.
  • Please note that if your item arrives damaged due to shipping, we ask that you notify us immediately (on the same day the product arrives) with photos of the damage.
    Any delayed claims may not be eligible for coverage.
